Based on Romans 11; there is only one place in the entire physical world where Jesus, the Son of God will be able to sit on the throne of David. It is the Temple Mount in the city of Jerusalem.
The Bible, the Prophets, the Apostles, and our Lord Jesus are Jewish. God calls Israel "My firstborn", "the apple of my eye."
Before we were, they were. This means that their position in God is superior to ours. The replacement theology of the Church which says that since they rejected Jesus and we, who are gentiles, accepted Him have, therefore, become spiritual Jews, is a serious heresy.
They are the indeginous Olive tree. We were just grafted in the olive tree. It automatically means that the destiny of the Church is entirely dependent upon the destiny of Israel. Whatever affects Israel, definately affects the Church.
We entered into a covenant with the God of Israel, and therefore the Israel of God. Instead of being prideful against their current unbelief, we should pray that God removes their unbelief and all obstacles in the way of the Jewish people.
The devil has succeded in deceiving much of the world to fight together with him against Israel. This is not just ant-Israel; it is anti-God, anti-Jesus; and therefore anti-Church. If the devil manages to stop the restoration of the Nation of Israel, then Jesus won't come back. He is not coming back to any of the super power Nations of this world; He is coming back to the nation of Israel, in the city of Jerusalem; to the Jewish people who will be ready to sing "Baruch ha ba B'shem Adonai"(BLESSED be the name of He who comes in the name of the Lord,) Matthew 23.39
Our prayers should stir up all Israel to sing these words to the Lord because they are the spiritual key that will open up heaven for the Saviour of the world to come back and take up the throne of David on the Temple mount, in Jerusalem, in the Israel of God.
God is calling the Church to mount up prayers that will facilitate all these.
The Church is to be an ambassador of the prodigals of the Kingdom of heaven; to work with God as He restores, as He resurrects, and as He removes the damnation of His prodigal, in bringing him back to the land of the Father in preparation for that wonderful day that the Lord will come back.
Shalom!
